I came across the following beautifully composed passage in the book “The autobiography of an Indian Monk”. I could not help sharing it here.
“Salutations to my most Gracious Master, who led me through darkness to light! I was full of ignorance, but he showed me the path to Wisdom. I was deeply immersed in misery, but He was so kind as to swim with me to the shore of bliss. I had been constantly among half truths, but He took my hand and led me out of that maze. There had been a curtain between me and Him; solely by His benevolence was it drawn aside, so that I realized in full the meaning of his life.
Salutation, yea, thousands of salutations, to Him for having merged me, an insignificant drop, into the ocean of his being.”
